Service 04
Underground construction
& project management
Boring, trenching, conduit and vaults, run by a project manager who answers the phone and tells you the truth about the schedule.
The problem
What actually goes wrong
Underground is where a broadband build either holds its schedule or loses it. Permits, locates, weather, rock, and a hundred property owners who did not ask for any of this.
We took this on in 2021 because our own drop crews kept waiting on somebody else’s bore. Now we run the mainline and the drop with the same project manager, which removes the handoff that usually breaks.
Methods
Directional boring
Road and driveway crossings, long shots under landscaping, and anywhere an open cut would cost more in restoration than in production.
Missile boring
Short, straight shots under sidewalks and drives where a full drill setup is more rig than the job needs.
Trenching and plowing
Mainline and lateral placement in open ground, with spoil managed and the surface restored behind us.
Conduit, vaults and handholes
Duct placement, innerduct, tracer wire, warning tape, and structures set to grade so nobody comes back to reset them.
Project management, in practice
- Permits
- Pulled and tracked, with the municipality contact named
- Locates
- Called, refreshed before they expire, honored on the ground
- Schedule
- Look-ahead you can plan around, and a call when it slips
- Inspection
- We meet the inspector on site rather than reacting to a notice
- As-builts
- Redlines returned in the format your engineering team uses
- Closeout
- Restoration signed off before we ask to be paid

Drop Bury & Buried Service Wire
Locates through restoration. We trench, plow, and bore buried service wire for fiber and coax, then put the yard back the way we found it.
Details 02Installation & Fulfillment
FTTH, cable, and broadband installs, service calls, and MDU work. Scheduled through your dispatch system, closed out same day.
Details 03Fiber & Coax Splicing / Testing
